FINDINGS:
Endotracheal tube tip terminates 7 cm above the carina, at the level of
 clavicles.  Consider advancing the endotracheal tube by 1-2 cm for more
 secured seating.  Bilateral lung volumes are very low.  Mild atelectasis in
 the right middle lobe is new.  Cardiomediastinal silhouette appears prominent
 than it was on , could be due to very low lung volumes.  No
 lung opacities concerning for pneumonia.  NG tube is coursing below the
 diaphragm into the stomach, however, distal end is beyond the view of
 radiograph.
