sitting semi-upright position. The heart size is normal. No configurational
abnormality is seen. Thoracic aorta mildly widened and elongated, but no
local contour abnormalities or wall calcifications are present. The pulmonary
vasculature is not congested. No signs of acute or chronic parenchymal
infiltrates are seen and the lateral pleural sinuses are free. No evidence of
pneumothorax in the apical area. Skeletal structures grossly unremarkable.
Our records do not include a previous chest examination available for
 comparison.
