FINDINGS:
PA and lateral chest radiograph is provided.  There is no focal
 consolidation, pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  Bibasilar opacities are
 present, more prominent on the left, which most likely represents atelectasis.
 A pacemaker is seen with leads in appropriate positioning.  There are surgical
 clips seen in the epigastric area.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.  Bibasilar opacities most
 likely representing atelectasis.
