The left lung is clear.  There is stable elevation of the right hemidiaphragm.
 Mild atelectasis is noted in the right lung base along with basilar scarring,
 causing patchy opacity in the right lung base, better assessed on prior CT
 torso from .  The heart size is normal. No pulmonary edema,
 pleural effusion, or pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
Atelectasis and scarring is noted at the right lung base, better assessed on
 prior CTA torso from .  Otherwise, no acute cardiopulmonary
 process.
