FINDINGS:
There may be subtle increase in opacity at the right lung base which could be
 due to atelectasis although underlying aspiration or pneumonia is not
 excluded.  No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is seen. The cardiac and
 mediastinal silhouettes are unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
Possible subtle increase in opacity at the right lung bases could be due to
 atelectasis but subtle aspiration or pneumonia is not excluded in the
 appropriate clinical setting.
