FINDINGS:
Heart size is normal. A coronary artery stent is demonstrated.  Left-sided
 pacer is noted with leads terminating in the right atrium and right ventricle.
 The aorta is tortuous and diffusely calcified. Mediastinal and hilar contours
 are otherwise unremarkable. Pulmonary vasculature is normal. The lungs are
 clear. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is visualized.  Clips in the right
 upper quadrant indicate prior cholecystectomy. There are mild degenerative
 changes noted in the thoracic spine.  Sclerotic focus measuring 7 mm projects
 over the left first rib anteriorly.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary abnormality.
