IMPRESSION:
There is a left-sided PICC line with the distal lead tip in the mid SVC. There
 is a feeding tube whose distal tip is in the fundus of the stomach. This could
 be advanced a few more cm for more optimal placement. There is tortuosity of
 the thoracic aorta. There is a small right-sided pleural effusion. There is
 coarsening of the bronchovascular markings without overt pulmonary edema. Oral
 contrast material is seen within the colon. There are no pneumothoraces.
