FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.   Volumes are low. Lower lung
 consolidations remain concerning for pneumonia. Upper lungs appear improved in
 overall aeration compared with the prior CT chest from 4 days ago. Otherwise
 no change.

IMPRESSION:
1. Persistent lower lung opacities remain concerning for pneumonia.
 2. Interval improvement in the upper lung aeration compared with recent CT.
