FINDINGS:
In comparison with the study of , the endotracheal tube tip lies
 approximately 3.5 cm above the carina.  Nasogastric tube extends to the distal
 stomach.  Continued low lung volumes with some enlargement of the cardiac
 silhouette and vascular congestion.  Poor definition of the hemidiaphragms
 suggests some pleural fluid and compressive atelectasis at the bases.
 
 The opacifications superolateral to the aortic arch again most likely is
 external to the patient and may represent a skinfold.
