 PA AND LATERAL VIEWS OF THE CHEST
 
 REASON FOR EXAM:  Cough, weight loss, sweats and prior history of smoking.
 
 Cardiomediastinal contours are normal.  There is opacity projecting over 
 posterior right 6th rib, could be a bone island or a calcified granuloma. 
 Otherwise the lungs are clear.  There is no pneumothorax or pleural effusion. 
 
 IMPRESSION
  There is no evidence of acute cardiopulmonary abnormality.
