FINDINGS:
There are new right mid to lower lung consolidations since previous exam. 
 Vague retrocardiac opacity also persists, partially silhouetting the medial
 left hemidiaphragm.  Mild cardiac enlargement is likely accentuated by
 technique and positioning.  Atherosclerotic calcifications are noted at the
 arch.  IVC filter is partially visualized.

IMPRESSION:
New right mid to lower lung consolidation.  Persistent left basilar opacity. 
 Findings are compatible with multi focal pneumonia in the proper clinical
 setting.  Followup is advised.
