FINDINGS:
In comparison with study of earlier in this date, the tip of the
 endotracheal tube measures approximately 4.6 cm above the carina.  Nasogastric
 tube extends into the stomach, with the tip crossing the lower margin of the
 image.  Increased opacification is seen at the right base medially.  It is
 unclear whether this represents crowding of pulmonary vessels, atelectasis,
 or, in the appropriate clinical setting, a developing consolidation.
