FINDINGS:
There is mild pulmonary vascular prominence without signs of overt
 pulmonary edema, slightly more prominent than on .  Median
 sternotomy wires and evidence of prior CABG are noted.  There is cardiomegaly,
 unchanged from .  There is mild bibasilar atelectasis.  There is no
 pleural effusion identified.  There is a stable calcified nodule in the left
 lung apex.

IMPRESSION:
Mild pulmonary vascular congestion.
