FINDINGS:
The cardiomediastinal hilar contours are normal. There is no pleural effusion
 or pneumothorax.  The lungs are well-expanded clear without focal
 consolidation. Pulmonary vasculature is within normal limits. An air-fluid
 level is again seen within the stomach.  The left hemidiaphragm remains
 slightly elevated compared to the right.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
