FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest demonstrate low lung volume loss.
Confluent right lung base opacity is more conspicuous since prior exam. There
is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax. Hilar and mediastinal silhouettes are
unremarkable. The aortic arch calcifications are again noted. Mild
tortuosity of the descending aorta is present. Moderate cardiomegaly is
stable. Perihilar vascular congestion is present. Partially imaged upper
 abdomen is unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
1. Confluent right lung base opacity, increased in conspicuity since
exam, which may represent atelectasis, assymetric edema or infection
 in the appropriate clinical setting.

 2. Moderate cardiomegaly and perihilar vascular congestion, unchanged.
