Large region of heterogeneous consolidation has developed in the left upper
and mid lung, predominantly apical, posterior and anterior segments of the
left upper lobe, remote from the left lower lobe target mass. As such, this
cannot represent radiation pneumonia from therapy directed properly at the
left lower lobe mass which appears slightly smaller than it did on a
 pre-treatment chest radiograph .

Previous mild pulmonary edema is no longer present, although heart is still
quite large. There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax. Transvenous right
atrial and right ventricular pacer leads are in standard placements.

Findings were discussed by telephone with Dr at 2:45, ten minutes
 following recognition of the findings.
