IMPRESSION:
The in comparison with the study of , there is increased opacification
 at the right base with continued retrocardiac opacification and obscuration of
 the hemidiaphragm.  It is unclear whether this represents worsening areas of
 multifocal pneumonia or increased pulmonary edema, or possibly a combination
 of both.  In the retrocardiac region, there is probably some substantial
 volume loss in the left lower lobe.
