FINDINGS:
Cardiac, mediastinal and hilar contours are normal. Ill-defined patchy opacity
 is noted within the right upper lobe concerning for pneumonia. Streaky opacity
 in the left lung base likely reflects atelectasis. No pleural effusion or
 pneumothorax is present. The pulmonary vasculature is normal. Bilateral
  rods are present with S-shaped scoliosis of the thoracolumbar spine
 demonstrated. No displaced fracture is identified.

IMPRESSION:
Right upper lobe pneumonia. Followup radiographs after treatment are
 recommended to ensure resolution of this finding.
