FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.   The heart is mildly enlarged. 
 There is hilar congestion and mild interstitial edema.  There are no large
 pleural effusions though trace fluid tracks along the fissural planes.  No
 evidence of pneumonia.  No pneumothorax.  Bony structures are intact.  High
 riding right humeral head suggests chronic rotator cuff disease.

IMPRESSION:
Mild edema.
