IMPRESSION:
In comparison with the study of , the right pneumothorax is stable. 
 The right hemidiaphragmatic contour is now quite sharp, consistent with
 decreased pleural effusion and atelectatic changes.  Some of this may merely
 be a manifestation of a more upright position of the patient.
 The left basilar opacification is slightly less prominent than on the previous
 study, consistent with pleural effusion and atelectatic change.
