FINDINGS:
AP portable upright view of the chest.   There is a left chest wall pacer
 device with leads extending to the region the right atrium and right
 ventricle.  There is left basal opacity concerning for aspiration/ pneumonia. 
 Right hemidiaphragm is mildly elevated.  Hila appear minimally congested.  No
 overt edema.  No pneumothorax.  Chronic left clavicular deformity is noted.

IMPRESSION:
1. Left basal opacity concerning for aspiration versus pneumonia.
 2. Hilar congestion.
