FINDINGS:
Opacification in the left lung base is new since the prior exam from , compatible with pneumonia.  Bibasilar atelectasis and small bilateral
 pleural effusions are also noted.  The heart size is mildly enlarged, stable
 since the prior exam.  There is no overt pulmonary edema or pneumothorax. 
 There is biapical pleural scarring worse in the left side.

IMPRESSION:
Left basilar consolidation is compatible with pneumonia.  Small bilateral
 pleural effusions have increased since the prior study.
