FINDINGS:
There is an ET tube in appropriate positioning, which terminates 3.5 cm above
 the carina.  The NG tube tip is below the diaphragm, but not visualized on
 this radiograph.  All other lines and tubes appear to be external to the
 patient.
 
 In comparison to the prior chest radiograph, the pleural effusions have
 resolved.  There is left lower lobe atelectasis.  There is no pulmonary
 vascular congestion.  The heart is normal.  The mediastinal and hilar contours
 are normal.  There is no pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
1.  ETT and NG tube in appropriate positioning.
 2.  Left lower lobe atelectasis
