FINDINGS:
The endotracheal tube ends 3 cm above the carina.  The orogastric tube ends in
 the stomach.  Bibasilar opacities persist.  The cardiac and mediastinal
 contours are stable.  There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
The endotracheal tube is in appropriate position.  Bibasilar opacities
 persist.
