FINDINGS:
The lung volumes are normal. There is a lateral ill-defined opacity in right
mid lung projecting over the seventh posterior rib which not does correspond
to any lesions on prior CT. The cardiomediastinal and hilar contours are
normal. The pleural surfaces are normal. The right Port-A-Cath terminates in
 the right atrium.

IMPRESSION:
The new right mid lung opacity could represent pneumonia but has a slightly
atypical appearance. In the setting of chest pain and shortness of breath,
pulmonary embolism could be an alternative consideration.
