FINDINGS:
Opacities at the left lower lobe and lingula, correspond with the findings on
 the recent CT, and is concerning for pneumonia. Mild fullness of the left
 hilum may be secondary to reactive lymphadenopathy. The heart size is normal.
 There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax. The visualized osseous
 structures are unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
Left lower lobe and lingular pneumonia, as seen on the recent CT. Fullness of
 the left hilum likely is secondary to reactive lymphadenopathy.  Recommend
 follow up radiographs in 6-weeks to assess for resolution
