FINDINGS:
AP upright portable chest radiograph was provided. Overlying EKG
leads are present. The lungs are clear, though there is mild hyperinflation
with subtle increased reticular markings which could reflect underlying
interstitial lung disease. The heart is mildly enlarged. No effusion or
pneumothorax is seen. The aorta is unfolded. No convincing signs of
pulmonary edema. The bony structures are intact.

IMPRESSION:
No acute findings. Possible mild chronic interstitial lung
 disease.
