FINDINGS:
Streaky right infrahilar and left perihilar opacities are noted which could
 represent an atypical pneumonia versus scarring.  No large effusion or
 pneumothorax.  Heart size is normal.  Mediastinal contours unremarkable.  Bony
 structures are intact.

IMPRESSION:
Streaky perihilar opacities, left greater than right may represent an atypical
 infection though clinical correlation is advised.  A nonemergent CT may be
 performed to further evaluate.
