FINDINGS:
As compared to the previous radiograph, there is no change in
 position of the monitoring and support devices.  The tip of the endotracheal
 tube is quite high and would benefit from advancement by 1 to 2 cm.
 
 Moderate cardiomegaly persists.  There is unchanged evidence of mild pulmonary
 edema.  There also is retrocardiac atelectasis and the presence of a small
 right pleural effusion cannot be excluded.  No new parenchymal opacities.  No
 pneumothorax.  Unchanged normal alignment of the sternal wires.
