FINDINGS:
Cardiac, mediastinal and hilar contours are normal. Pulmonary vasculature is
 normal. Minimal patchy opacity is noted within the left lower lobe.  A trace
 left pleural effusion may be present as there appears to be blunting of the
 posterior left costophrenic sulcus.  No focal consolidation or pneumothorax is
 present.  There are no acute osseous abnormalities.

IMPRESSION:
Minimal patchy left lower lobe opacity is worrisome for pneumonia. Possible
 trace left pleural effusion.
 
 RECOMMENDATION(S):  Followup radiographs after treatment are recommended to
 ensure resolution of this finding.
