FINDINGS:
There is haziness of the pulmonary vasculature and perihilar
opacities suggestive of mild pulmonary edema. Cardiomediastinal silhouette is
normal. Additionally, there is an increased opacity overlying the right upper
lobe. No acute fractures are identified. There is a small right pleural
effusion. No other consolidations or pneumothoraces.

IMPRESSION:
1. Mild pulmonary edema and a small right pleural effusion.
 2. Increased opacity of right upper lobe suggestive of early developing right
upper lobe pneumonia or assymetric edema..
