IMPRESSION:
In comparison with the study of , the tip of the right subclavian
 catheter appears to have been advanced to the cavoatrial junction or possibly
 the upper portion of the right atrium.  The Dobhoff tube extends at least to
 the lower stomach where it crosses the inferior margin of the image.
 No evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease.  Specifically, no pneumonia or
 pneumothorax.
