FINDINGS:
There is moderate pulmonary edema.  There are also bilateral pleural
 effusions, right greater than left.  Stable enlargement of the cardiac
 silhouette.  No focal consolidations to suggest pneumonia.  Calcifications of
 the aortic knob are demonstrated.  No evidence of pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
1. Cardiomegaly with moderate pulmonary edema with bilateral pleural
 effusions, right greater than left, consistent with congestive heart failure.
 2. An underlying pneumonia cannot be excluded at the lung bases bilaterally.
