FINDINGS:
Single AP upright portable view of the chest was obtained.  The
 patient is rotated to the right.  The patent esophageal stent has migrated in
 position with the superior portion now projecting over the right lung apex. 
 Also, since the prior study, there has been development of significant opacity
 projecting over the right hemithorax which may be due to a combination of
 pleural effusion and consolidation.  The left lung is clear.  The cardiac
 silhouette is not enlarged.
