 REASON FOR EXAM:  New onset respiratory distress.
 
 Cardiac size is top normal.  Right lower lobe opacity could be due to
 atelectasis but superimposed infection cannot be excluded in the appropriate
 clinical setting.  Widened mediastinum is unchanged from .  There is no
 pneumothorax or large pleural effusion.
