FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest are compared to prior CT
 scan from .
 
 Small-to-moderate right-sided pleural effusion is again noted with probable
 underlying atelectasis, possible consolidation.  The left lung is clear. 
 Cardiomediastinal silhouette is stable as are the osseous and soft tissue
 structures.  Partially visualized filter identified in the mid abdomen as well
 as surgical clips in the right upper quadrant suggesting prior
 cholecystectomy.

IMPRESSION:
No change from recent CT scan which demonstrates small to
 moderate sized right-sided pleural effusion with underlying parenchymal
 opacity, potentially atelectasis or consolidation.
