FINDINGS:
There bilateral regions of consolidation, at the right lung and left mid to
 lower lung.  Findings are most concerning for bilateral infection. Moderate
 enlargement of the cardiac silhouette is unchanged.  Multiple vascular stents
 are also noted.  No acute osseous abnormalities.  Splenic calcifications are
 again noted.

IMPRESSION:
Bilateral parenchymal opacities, right greater than left compatible with
 pneumonia in the proper clinical setting.
