FINDINGS:
The lungs are moderately well inflated.
 There is unchanged mild prominence of lung vasculature without frank pulmonary
 edema.
 Mild cardiomegaly.  No pleural effusions.
 Left upper chest wall pacemaker and pacer wires, right-sided central venous
 catheter terminating at the cavoatrial junction, sternotomy sutures, bilateral
 humeral prosthesis, all remain unchanged compared to the prior radiograph.

IMPRESSION:
1. Mild prominence of lung vasculature without pulmonary edema.
 2. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax.
