FINDINGS:
Since the prior radiograph two days prior, there has been worsening
 mild pulmonary edema.  There is no consolidation, pleural effusion, or
 pneumothorax.  The cardiomediastinal silhouette is unchanged with a normal
 postoperative appearance.  Sternal wires and the prosthetic cardiac valve are
 unchanged in appearance.

IMPRESSION:
1.  Worsening mild pulmonary edema.
 2.  No pneumothorax.
 
 Results were discussed with Dr.  at 12:15 on  via telephone by
 Dr.   minutes after the findings were discovered.
