IMPRESSION:
Compared to prior chest radiographs is since , most recently  at 11:04.
 
 
 The tip of the new ET tube is above the clavicles no less than 5.5 cm from the
 carina with the chin elevated.  This is probably acceptable.  Moderate
 bilateral pleural effusions, stable on the right, decreased on the left.  No
 pneumothorax.  Moderate enlargement of cardiac silhouette.
 
 Transvenous pacemaker lead traverses the persistent left-sided SVC,
 termination not unchanged.  Esophageal drainage tube ends in nondistended
 stomach.
