FINDINGS:
The lungs are clear with left pleural effusion noted. No focal
consolidation or pneumothorax is seen. There is no right effusion. The heart
is top normal in size. Normal cardiomediastinal silhouette. Surgical clips
 noted in the right breast.

IMPRESSION:
Small left pleural effusion. Though nonspecific, in the
appropriate clinical setting, an isolated pleural effusion can be associated
with pulmonary embolism. By report, the patient is scheduled for a VQ scan to
 explore this possibility.
