FINDINGS:
There are persistent moderate to large bilateral pleural effusions, larger on
 the right than on the left.  Moderate pulmonary edema has also progressed
 since prior.  Enteric tube tip projects over in the stomach.  Right PICC is in
 stable position, tip projecting over the lower SVC.  Cardiac silhouette is
 difficult to assess but is likely enlarged.

IMPRESSION:
Pulmonary edema with moderate to large bilateral effusions, larger on the
 right.  Superimposed infection particularly at the lung bases would be
 difficult to exclude.
