FINDINGS:
The heart is normal in size.  The mediastinal and hilar contours
 appear within normal limits.  There is a streaky opacity projecting over the
 lingula.  Similarly, there is a patchy posterior opacity projecting over the
 lower thoracic spine, most likely in the left lower lobe.  There is no pleural
 effusion or pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
Patchy opacities concerning for mild bronchopneumonia in the
 appropriate clinical setting.
