FINDINGS:
Nasogastric tube courses into the stomach.  Endotracheal tube
 terminates 7.7 cm above the carina.  Increased interstitial markings
 bilaterally could reflect mild pulmonary edema.  No focal consolidation,
 pneumothorax or pleural effusion is seen.  Heart is normal in size with normal
 cardiomediastinal contours.

IMPRESSION:
Mild pulmonary edema with endotracheal tube positioned high in
 trachea - advancement by 3 cm advised.
