FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest. Postoperative changes of right upper
lobectomy are seen with volume loss in the right hemithorax.
Hydropneumothorax is again seen with fluid level rising, an expected
postoperative evolution. The left lung and remaining right lung are clear.
The cardiomediastinal silhouette is stable. No acute osseous abnormalities
 identified.

IMPRESSION:
Expected evolution of postoperative changes of a right upper lobectomy without
 acute superimposed cardiopulmonary process.
