FINDINGS:
Right chest wall Port-A-Cath is seen with catheter tip extending to the mid
 SVC region. Hyperinflated lungs are noted with flattened diaphragms compatible
 with COPD. No focal consolidation, large effusion or pneumothorax is seen.
 There is likely mild bibasilar atelectasis. The cardiomediastinal silhouette
 appears stable. No acute bony abnormalities. No free air below the right
 hemidiaphragm.

IMPRESSION:
COPD without superimposed pneumonia.
