IMPRESSION:
AP chest compared to , 7:10 p.m.:
 
 Mild pulmonary edema has developed in the lower lungs  while severe
 consolidation or apical edema has worsened in the upper.  ET tube, right
 internal jugular line, and upper enteric drainage tubes are in standard
 placements.  Heart is mildly enlarged.  There is no pleural effusion or
 indication of pneumothorax.  No other focus of consolidation, at the base of
 the left lung is essentially unchanged.  Previous gastric distension has
 improved.
