FINDINGS:
AP and lateral chest radiograph demonstrates an enlarged heart, stable in size
relative to prior examination. Central vascular prominence as well as
perihilar opacities likely reflects pulmonary edema. There is no large
pleural effusion. Cervical spine hardware is partially imaged. There is no
 pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
Enlarged heart with interval development of mild pulmonary and interstitial
 edema.
