FINDINGS:
Compared to the prior study, the right PleurX catheter is not visualized, and
 there is interval decrease in the right pleural effusion. Bilateral
 parenchymal opacities have improved and the lungs are better aerated, although
 still worse on the left compared to the right.  The heart size is difficult to
 assess due to obscuration of the cardiac border.

IMPRESSION:
Interval decrease in the right pleural effusion with not visualized right
 pleural catheter.
