FINDINGS:
Persistent markedly elevation the right hemidiaphragm is demonstrated. No
 focal consolidation is identified. When compared to prior chest radiograph
 dated , the cardiomediastinal silhouette is stable. Low lung
 volumes are seen. There is prominence of the vascular markings suggestive of
 pulmonary edema. Blunting of the bilateral costophrenic angles  is suggestive
 of small pleural effusions. There is no pneumothorax. Osseous structures are
 without acute abnormality.
